I hope you saw our Welcome Board at check-in. You are correct, we will be sure to specifically ask about changing the day when guests have each of their selected entrees served. I was not made aware that a certain entree was to be served on a given night. Because we are a small family business with a limited staff, we do try to group as many similar dinner entrees as possible on a given night - not as much for ease, but for limited cooking space (and staff). I feel bad that nothing was said at your second breakfast about the mix-up (again with eggs), as I would have been more than happy to replace your breakfast with something else.
